Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage internal customers. 2. Working with all stakeholders to ensure execution of learning activities. 3. Work with the HR team to ensure consistent learning policy implementation. 4. Training & development needs Analysis / Identification. 5. Work with internal and external consultants to implement the learning and development framework. 6. Operate within agreed upon SLAs and timelines Looking for candidates from reputed colleges / B schools with at least 11 years post qualification experience in learning & development.
