Job Profile

Looking for AVP - C&B for an ITES client to be based out of Hyderabad.

Experience: 10 - 14 years

CTC: INR 22 - 25 Lacs p.a.

The role involves managing a wide gamut of activities in the C&B area including managing compensation for few lines of businesses within India, compensation infrastructure maintenance, market assessments, compensation consulting and delivery.
